tk171 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tk171 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). These Terms apply to your access to and use of the tk171 website, mobile-browser platform, account services, games, betting markets, and all associated features and promotions (collectively, the "Platform"). Providing false information or failing to satisfy any eligibility criterion may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant authorities.

Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the tk171 Platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether in the same name, a different name, or using a different mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, tk171 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout your use of the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk171 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify tk171 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must contact support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC Verification

tk171 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national ID, passport, or other document satisfactory to tk171. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the account. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits

All deposits to your tk171 account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. tk171 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Funds deposited into your tk171 account are held solely for gaming purposes and are not interest-bearing. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, transaction limits imposed by your payment provider apply.
• Deposits are processed in real time. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal payouts within 5 to 15 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required. tk171 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are only released to accounts that have been fully verified under our KYC procedures.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed before funds derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• tk171 reserves the right to defer a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

From time to time, tk171 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General bonus rules are set out below. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus rules and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the requirement within the specified period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• One welcome bonus per player. Players who have previously held a tk171 account are not eligible for a new account welcome bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used in conjunction with real-money play. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system outage, or software error that affects a game or betting market, tk171 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the applicable stakes to the players involved. tk171 is not liable for any losses suffered by a player as a result of a technical malfunction where the malfunction was outside the reasonable control of tk171. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction that awarded an outcome not achievable under normal game conditions are not payable and will be removed from the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk171 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, any winnings derived from prohibited conduct forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit structural weaknesses in betting markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not winnings are generated as a result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk171 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, any content on the Platform, or any transactions conducted through the Platform. tk171's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit tk171's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk171 makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

tk171 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tk171 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account (including by in-platform notification) at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or changes required by applicable law on shorter notice) take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your use of the Platform, you should first contact the tk171 support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. tk171 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by tk171, you may seek recourse through any applicable legal channels available to you. tk171 operates as a fair and transparent platform and is committed to resolving all player disputes in good faith.
